?Discipline is a pre-requisite to devotion? ? Sai Baba

ATTIRE: Devotees are requested to dress modestly.

SILENCE: Maintain silence or speak softly (if absolutely necessary) while in the Center to maintain spiritual calmness and vibrations and not disturb others in prayer or meditation.

SEATING: Men and women are required to sit separately.

CHILDREN: Children are requested to be silent and not disturb others during Center activities. Parents should monitor their children and are responsible for their behaviour.

PUNCTUALITY: Devotees should arrive at the Center on or ahead of time and quietly occupy a seat before the programs begin.

FUNDS: There is no cost to attend the Center. Expenses are covered by voluntary and anonymous contributions from devotees.

PROHIBITED: Counseling and healing sessions and financial or commercial activities amongst devotees at the Center are prohibited.

 

LIBRARY

Books, video tapes, VCDs, and audio tapes relating to (Swami) Sathya Sai Baba?s message are available in the library. Please feel free to look through the collection. Materials may be checked out through the librarian.

 

BLESSED FOOD (PRASAD) DISTRIBUTION

Distribution of Prasad is done only on special occasions / festivals. If Prasad, other than fruits, is brought, it should be pre-packaged. Anyone interested can sign up to bring Prasad for scheduled events on the sheet displayed on the notice board. Devotees are requested to avoid bringing candy.

 

SPIRITUAL GET-TOGETHERS (SATSANGS)

Special Satsangs, such as sharing of spiritual experiences about Sai Baba, related talks by guest speakers, etc., are arranged as and when opportunities arise.

 

FESTIVALS / EVENTS

Major festivals of most religions, including (Swami?s) Baba?s Birthday, Christmas, etc., are celebrated by the Center.
